History: |
Vinsanto del Chianti D.O.C. of Fattoria di Polvereto is the result of an ancient Tuscan tradition handed down from generation to generation in a specific way: after a careful and delicate manual selection, the grapes are dried on the wattles for about 60 days. The must, obtained following a soft pressing, then begins a slow fermentation in the oak barrels, placed in entilated places, where it stands 4/5 years, in order to refine the product. The colour of this Vinsanto recalls the shades of antique gold and its taste brings back the memory of ancestral, long gone rural traditions. |
