History: |
This wine is the pride of Fattoria di Polvereto. It is the result of careful and painstaking cultivation of vines of Sangiovese and Merlot, grown in the vineyards with optimal exposure. Many years of experience in viticulture and the adoption of specific wine-making techniques, have enabled the enhancement of color and scents of this wine, improved with further aging for 24 months in oak barrels and 6/8 months in bottles. This process gives Le Maggiole a harmonic and elegant structure and makes it a highly cerebral wine.. |

Wine-Making Procedure: |
In red, with frequent wine-pressing, keeping the temperature below 26°C. Maturation gest place in the oak barrels for 24 months, with subsequent refinement of 6/8 months in bottles. |
