The primrose is the first spring flower, this wine is the first fruit ofgrape-harvest just finished. You could appreciate it at every tasting, giving yourself up completely in the warm colour of the earth and of the leaves which tota us that the beautiful season is gone. The characteristics of aroma, freshness and liveliness will he seized quickly because they are destined to live only a short and intense autumnal season. For its production there are employed the grapes growed in Fattoria di Polvereto vineyards, which are harved in a marnai way and put in wooden boxes. Subsequently the fermentation starts in special reservoirs with carbonio soaking technique, granting to this wine The typical characteristics of liveliness and freshness. |
