White wine of Tuscan Fattoria Polvereto is of good alcohol content, has clear and bright yellow colour, with a slight greenish nuance. Its aroma is actually a concentration of different aromas, the taste is strong and intense, like the vines made of Trebbiano and San Colombano require. The decision to use grape such as San Colombano, makes part of Fattoria Polveretos work philosophy that favors the use native grapes of the region instead of more popular varietals. The grapes of vines selected after a soft pressing, are transformed into wine, which after cooling is subjected to the process of controlled fermentation. This wine-making technique leads to particularly enhance of the organoleptic characteristics of Fiore Bianco, making it a wine that is mellow, pleasant and fresh. |
