History: |
Fattoria di Polvereto is situated in Montespertoli, a little town in the heart of Chianti area, and it is placed on a hill at the altitude of 300 mt a.s.l., with an ideal climate and an optimal exposure for the production of Chianti D.O.C.G. Masso Rosso. This wine is the result of a long lasting experience in high quality wine-making. The innovative care of vineyards and the traditional but mrticulous manual grapes-harvest follow the technological innovation of wine-making, expected from the strict requirements of Chianti regulations. In this way it is possible to exalte all sensorial characteristics, which will be even better appreciated after 9/10 months of maturation. |
