90 quintals per hectare.

History:

The D.O.C.G. Chianti Vecchio Podere takes its origin from the selected grapes of the Chianti hills’ vines that our technicians have chosen as the best vines produced in this region. The grapes of Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Trebbiano are batched together and harmonized according to the strict requirements of Chianti regulations. A long lasting tradition and technology combined together, make this product a superior quality wine.

Manual with accurate sorting of the grapes.

Wine-Making Procedure:

Traditional red at cotrolled temperature.

Analytical Data:

Alcohol % Vol. 12.

Sensorial Characteristcs:

Visual: bright ruby red colour. Aroma: fine, persistent and intense. Taste: new, dry taste, slightly sapid.

Food Matches:

Roast and grilled meat, Tuscan salami.

Serving Temperature:

18/20°C.
